CALL TO ACTION

TRIBEC

A Strong Workforce Drives Industry Growth

As Texas continues to attract life sciences, advanced therapeutic

companies, and biomanufacturing, workforce readiness plays a critical role in our ability to compete and grow.

TRIBEC is helping address this need by creating a coordinated, industry-aligned biomanufacturing training for all of Texas. The initiative brings together educational institutions, industry partners, and workforce organizations to strengthen talent pipelines across the state, including San Antonio. They are seeking state funding to support the training initiative.

We are gathering signatures from organizations that recognize the value of investing in workforce development and supporting the continued growth of Texas' life science ecosystem. Your participation signals that our region and our state are committed to building the talent needed for future innovation and economic success.

Together, we can demonstrate the broad support for investment in biomanufacturing training in Texas.
